| PN-GHS Academic Team Wins 1st Place Sweepstakes | ||
The PN-G High School UIL academic team won 1st place sweepstakes at the Nederland Invitational Practice UIL meet on Saturday, January 21. The team amassed 457 points with the next closest school earning 150 points. The PN-G Invitational Practice UIL meet will take place on February 4 with several other meets taking place until district competition at Lumberton ISD on March 23-24. Congratulations, academic Indians! |

| Miss Port Neches Scholarship Pageant | ||

The Miss Port Neches Scholarship Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, April 21, at the PN-G High School auditorium. Females who attend Port Neches schools are eligible to participate. Applications are available now at the Port Neches Chamber and are due on Friday, February 17, 2012. Scholarships totaling $4,000 will be awarded to the Miss Port Neches Category winners. |
